Bob White soon will leave city government for county government, but he’ll still be keeping track of the money. GRAND RAPIDS — He won't need two men or a truck to move. Heck, a few banker's boxes and a pair of walking shoes are probably the only things Bob White will need for his next trip. After 30 years of tracking the city's money, White will soon head south — about 30 feet south — to do the same for Kent County.
